We initially met Melanie when looking at another home as she was the seller's agent and we were only window shopping. She probably knew we weren't serious since we were pretty clueless on the process, but she took the time to educate us on what we needed to be doing to get ourselves ready to buy  and what the current real estate climate was. Later when we did get serious, she was the person we turned to to both help us buy and sell. Throughout the process she was always available to answer any questions we had and do the tough stuff when needed (negotiate, etc). I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
