Showing Partner – Hunt Home Team (Full-Time) Smyrna, GA Full-Time Nights & Weekends Required
Hunt Home Team, a top-producing and fast-growing real estate team in the Smyrna/Vinings area, is looking for an energetic, positive, customer-focused Showing Partner to support our Buyer Agents and deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. About the Role
The Showing Partner is a full-time position designed for an agent who enjoys the client-facing side of real estate without juggling the full workload of solo production. You will work closely with our Buyer Agents to support all showing-related activities and help ensure our clients receive 5-star service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage client home searches in the MLS
- Schedule and coordinate showings for Buyer Agents
- Show homes to clients and provide property insights
- Transition clients back to the lead agent for writing offers and negotiations
- Assist with occasional contract preparation as needed
- Attend inspections, meet vendors, and provide access to properties
- Conduct final walk-throughs
- Celebrate with clients on closing day and help ensure an outstanding experience
Schedule Expectations
This is a full-time role, and because showings are client-driven, you must be available for:
- Nights and weekends (required)
- Two days off per week (scheduled in advance)
Compensation
- $15,000 annual base salary
- competitive commission structure for closed buy side deals assisted
- Projected annual earnings (based on current production): $60,000 – $100,000+
- Paid vacation time included
Even if Hunt Home Team did not grow at all next year (and we absolutely plan to!), this position is expected to deliver strong, stable income for a consistent and customer-focused partner.
