Melanie was fantastic to work with when we sold our first home and purchased our second home.  She thought of details we would not have necessarily thought of, and we were glad to have her experience and insight when we ran into a couple of challenges we had to navigate.  We never felt pressured or rushed, and she was very responsive and communicative.  I would highly recommend her and we will use her down the road if we ever decide to buy or sell again.
