I can't say enough about Melanie and her associates that we met. Melanie was the best and we were very lucky to find her. I was impressed with her knowledge of the construction. For instance, she spotted that one house had a drainage system installed around the basement walls. She has a wonderful network of people around her. She not only helped us find our house. She also helped us find a mortgage broker with lower closing costs. We also met our new insurance broker through her. They helped us save money on all our policies. Melanie left us feeling like we had been working with a best friend. She didn't treat us like customers. She didn't sell us a house, but helped us into our home. Now more than a year after closing our home was warmed by her family Christmas card.
